3 Bedroom Cabin in St. Charles, Saint Charles

Come to Bear Lake, Idaho and enjoy a vacation with family and friends. Our brand new cabin is located in the small town of St. Charles Idaho. The cabin is just over 1,500 square feet. 1,000 square feet on the main floor and 500 square feet in the loft. In the cabin there is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, 2 family room areas, and 2 full bathrooms. The indoor dining table seats 8 people. There are two private bedrooms. Each private bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom area is an open second floor loft that serves as the second family room as well as sleeping arrangements for 6 people with 4 twin beds and a queen sofa bed. Additionally, there is a queen sofa bed in the main floor family room. The cabin sleeps 12 people total.
On the front of the house is a deck with a propane BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table which seats 7 people. There is a camera on the porch so I can see the front door.
You will also have private access to 1 acre of property around the cabin. This cabin is a new construction so the landscaping is still in the process of being completed. There are some areas of dirt where grass seed has been planted. Most of the property is covered in wild grass and wildflowers. There is a fence around most of the property.

Summary: This is an outstanding property. My husband and I enjoyed the spotless, beautiful cabin immensely. It was comfortable with a wonderful deck to watch sunrises and sunsets. The cabin is really conveniently located in the St. Charles, Idaho area of Bear Lake. It is close to everything. We highly recommend this property!

Summary: This is a super cute and well maintained home. We had all of the necessities provided and the owner was awesome to work with. It fit our needs perfectly for a quick trip to the lake. We had 5 adults and six kids 12-4. The loft was very open so it did carry sound but the kids loved it!

Summary: House was exactly as advertised. Had everything we needed. Amenities were great right down to makup remover wipes for wife and a toothpick for me after grilling a steak. Grandsons loved the loft beds. Great view towards lake and spectacular full moon rise over mountain and lake. Hope to make a return trip. Kudos to the owners!
